RAYDEL is a premium, science-backed health supplement brand from Australia.​

The name RAYDEL comes from a combination of “RAY” and “Delight.” Just as a ray of light brings joy, RAYDEL embodies the vision of delivering the benefit and joy of good health to everyone.

The RAYDEL story began in 1986. Our founder arrived in Australia in 1982 as a poorimmigrant with just $600 and a dream. Four years later, he opened a small health foodshop, marking the start of a lifelong mission to improve health through naturalsupplements.​

With nearly 40 years of history, RAYDEL has grown into a global brand, supplying high-quality products manufactured in an Australian GMP-certified facility through 13corporations and partners worldwide.​

All products supplied to Singapore are manufactured at the GMP-certifiedfacility ofRAYDEL Australia Pty Ltd, located in Sydney, Australia.

RAYDEL provides health value to customers in the following countries: Australia, Korea, Japan, Singapore, Vietnam, and Malaysia (coming soon).​

• Orders placed by 2 pm, Monday to Friday are typically delivered the next working day.​
• Orders placed after 2 pm on Friday, over the weekend, or on Singapore Public Holidays may take up to 3 working days.​
• During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, 10.10, 11.11, 12.12 sales, Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year), delivery may take up to 5 working days.​
• Please note our office is closed on Public Holidays and certain festive days.​

Orders above S$80: Enjoy free delivery to a single location within Singapore.​

Orders below S$80: A flat delivery fee of S$6 applies, unless stated otherwise.​

Shipping is available to all other countries. Please select your country when placing an order.​

RAYDEL does not ship to countries where we have a local sales entity, including Australia, Korea, Japan, Malaysia, and Vietnam.​

All orders are dispatched from our Singapore warehouse using our courier partners (Qxpress/DHL) or our in-house delivery team.

Check your Orders page after logging in. “Shipped” means your order is with the courier. You’ll also get an email with your Tracking ID and link.​

At checkout, go to Step 3 – Payment and tick the box ‘Use Credits & eGift Card’. Then, click ‘Redeem’ to apply your credits and offset the total amount.​

We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal

We care about your satisfaction and strive to ensure the quality of every RAYDEL product.​

Under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA), customers are entitled to a replacement or refund only if the product received is defective, damaged, or not as described.​

To request an exchange or refund, please contact our Customer Service team at info@RAYDEL.com.sg within 7 days of receiving your order.​

Please provide your order number, reason for return, and photo evidence of the issue (if applicable).​

All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.​

Please note that returns due to change of mind are not accepted.

For returns within Singapore, RAYDEL will pay the shipping costs. This includes:​

• Items that are broken or damaged​
• Items that are not as described​

For international orders, the customer will pay the return shipping, unless we say otherwise.

Refunds are processed proportionally: amounts paid by credit card are returned to your card, and amounts paid with RAYDEL Store credit are restored to your account.
